Most orders ship within five to seven business days after you approve the proof. Embroidery, large group orders and oversized backdrops take longer. Tell us your date and we will be straight with you.

No separate design fee for standard personalization such as names, dates, colors and simple layouts. Complex original illustration work is quoted separately and discussed up front.

Send it as a reference for the style you like, and we will design something original in that direction. We do not copy other people's artwork or licensed characters, because it puts both of us at risk.

PNG, JPG, PDF or the original camera photo all work. Higher resolution is always better. If your file will not hold up at print size, we will tell you before you pay.

Yes, with tracking on every order. Michigan customers can arrange local pickup instead.
